Narrative Gin was inspired after Okanagan Crush Pad Winemaker and Distiller Matt Dumayne produced a gin for Vij’s restaurants in Vancouver, Bolly Water Gin. This Okanagan Crush Pad Narrative Gin was triple distilled using wine as its base.
Twelve botanicals were carefully selected to add great complexity to this multi-layered spirit. Citrus and spice is derived from coriander, citrus peels, and cebeb berries, floral and fresh notes come from chamomile and lemongrass making this a delicious refreshing Gin, all on its own or as part of your favourite cocktail.
