HAYWIRE PINK BUB 2018 $27.90 
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Summerland and Oliver fermented in concrete tank with secondary fermentation taking place in charmat tanks. A drop of red wine gives this bubbly wine its lively colour. Hints of strawberry, a touch of sweetness and nice acidity make this a natural food match.

NARRATIVE GEWÜRZTRAMINER 2017  $16.90
Our Gewürztraminer comes from a cool climate site in Oliver. The grapes were whole bunch pressed with a portion destemmed for 18 hours of skin contact and then left seven months on lees for textural enhancement. The result is a lively wine with intense texture, beautiful floral aromatics and a silky mouthfeel.

NARRATIVE PINOT BLANC 2017 $22.90
This sophisticated Pinot Blanc was fermented in a concrete tank with native yeast. The wine has a lovely round palate alive with melon fruit and a herbaceous top note. The 32-year-old vines provide a mouth-watering finish with layers of complexity. An extremely versatile, elegant wine, not to be overlooked.

HAYWIRE SWITCHBACK PINOT GRIS 2018 $26.90
A special wine from a special place lovingly farmed that shows the adaptability of Pinot Gris to represent the region.  Grapes were whole cluster pressed to concrete tanks and fermented using native yeasts. The wine went through full malolactic fermentation and was left on lees for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered. The wine has a creamy mouthfeel with lively acidity and displays citrus and stone fruit characters with hallmark Okanagan herbal notes on the palate.

NARRATIVE WHITE 2017 $19.90 
Our Narrative White was crafted using Chardonnay, Viognier, Gewürztraminer and a touch of Riesling. The components were naturally fermented and aged separately for 8 months in both concrete and stainless steel tanks to give the wine great texture but maintain freshness and lively fruit flavours.

FREE FORM  CABERNET FRANC ROSÉ 2018 $26.90
Certified organic Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos was gently pressed to create this delicate rendition of Rosé. Naturally fermented in concrete, full malolactic fermentation and extended lees ageing with no SO2. This Rosé exhibits red berry aromatics leading to a harmonious balance of lush sweet and savoury fruit and a juicy framework of acidity.

HAYWIRE GAMAY 2018 $26.90
Gamay was gently destemmed with a portion left whole cluster. Fermented in both open top stainless steel and concrete before being combined and aged for eight months in concrete. Unfiltered. Ripe raspberry flavours with a dusting of chocolate and lush texture. Bright acidity is framed by gentle tannins.

HAYWIRE WATERS & BANKS PINOT NOIR 2016 $25.90
Pinot Noir from Summerland was fermented in small batches, using native yeast, manual punch downs, then transferred to age in concrete for 10 months. Hallmark Okanagan silkiness with a touch of spice with a dry grass and sage backbone. Rich red fruits with a delectable earthiness and light forest floor notes.

FREE FORM PINOT NOIR 2017 $34.90
Made from organic Garnet Valley Ranch Pinot Noir that was destemmed and put into clay amphorae for native yeast fermentation. Left on skins for eight months and pressed off and bottled unfiltered. Bright lifted floral notes mixed with juicy raspberries, cherries and a deep herbal complexity. The palate shines with lively red fruits and mouthwatering length and silky tannins.

This organically grown Syrah was sourced from the South Okanagan and was fermented and aged in our concrete tanks. A delicate style of Syrah exhibiting soft red fruit with classic pepper notes. An intense fruit sweetness of berries, milk chocolate with a hint of spice lead to a long and supple finish framed by ripe gentle tannins.

NARRATIVE NON-FICTION 2017 $26.90
Certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos. Fermented and aged in concrete for eight months. Aromas of wild herbs and dark berry fruits that lead into a lush textural mouthfeel and fine supple tannins with a fresh lengthy finish. No oak. It can be done!

Cabernet Franc was destemmed and put into two clay amphorae and three large oak vessels for native fermentation. After eight months of skin contact the wine was pressed off and blended to a concrete tank to settle naturally. Dark black plums with blackberry fruit, a smoky note with rich mocha and classic Cabernet Franc herbal aromatics. Juicy red fruits dance with excellent structure.
