BIZOU + YUKON BEE-ZOO BUBBLES 2018 A refreshing, lively, sparkling wine made from classic sparkling wine grape varieties grown in our Summerland and Oliver vineyards. Secondary fermentation took place in our state-of-the-art charmat tanks; designed to lie on their sides, exactly like traditionally made sparkling wine is aged. Toasty, creamy notes round out the medium bodied mouthfeel.
BIZOU + YUKON SAVVY GRIS 2019 Here’s a nice idea to make Pinot Gris just a tad more interesting. With gooseberry hints up front, it starts out a classic Sauvignon Blanc. The Savvy Gris is easy on the palate with some serious fruit intensity and mouthfeel, tropical fruit, grapefruit citrus with juicy acidity; and a zesty close. A very refreshing drop.
NARRATIVE PINOT BLANC 2018 This sophisticated Pinot Blanc was fermented in a concrete tank with native yeast. The wine has a lovely round palate alive with melon fruit and a herbaceous top note. The 32-year-old vines provide a mouth-watering finish with layers of complexity. An extremely versatile, elegant wine, not to be overlooked.
NARRATIVE VIOGNIER 2018 The floral notes of this varietal are exceptional. Slow fermentation in concrete tanks has created an intense textural viscosity on top of what this beautiful varietal already displays. Oily and rich with deep tropical notes and a very lengthy finish. Pair with grilled seafood, meats or vegetables, spicy Asian cuisine or hard and soft cheeses.
HAYWIRE SWITCHBACK PINOT GRIS 2018 A special wine from a special place lovingly farmed that shows the adaptability of Pinot Gris to represent the region. Grapes were whole cluster pressed to concrete tanks and fermented using native yeasts. The wine went through full malolactic fermentation and was left on lees for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered. The wine has a creamy mouthfeel with lively acidity and displays citrus and stone fruit characters with hallmark Okanagan herbal notes on the palate.
BIZOU + YUKON PINKIE ROSE 2018 I’m still trying to figure out which one of the sheep is named Pinkie. But never mind! Bright red berries up front with floral notes before a juicy and approachable, vibrant fresh strawberry palate. Pairs beautiful with ham and cold cuts. A ‘drink don’t think’ kind of pink that’s perfect for cozy fall and winter get togethers.

HAYWIRE GAMAY 2018 Gamay was gently destemmed with a portion left whole cluster. Fermented in both open top stainless steel and concrete before being combined and aged for eight months in concrete. Unfiltered. Ripe raspberry flavours with a dusting of chocolate and lush texture. Bright acidity is framed by gentle tannins.
NARRATIVE SYRAH VIOGNIER 2018 This organically grown Syrah was sourced from the South Okanagan and was fermented and aged in our concrete tanks with 10% Viognier. A delicate style of Syrah exhibiting soft red fruit with classic pepper notes. An intense fruit sweetness of berries, milk chocolate with a hint of spice lead to a long and supple finish framed by ripe gentle tannins.
BIZOU + YUKON SAVVY FRANC The blend is made up of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc that are wild fermented in concrete. The nose shows a rich broth of bumbleberry, savoury raspberries, earth, anise and a soft floral note. It has such lovely texture on the palate with polished tannins; fruit forward red berries with anise, licorice and a smooth delivery through the finish.
HAYWIRE GARNET VALLEY PINOT NOIR 2017 Grapes from our high elevation Summerland vineyard were fermented using native yeasts in three open top fermenters and one 600L barrel. Brooding aromas of cherries and dark red berry fruits intermingled with mocha and an oyster shell salinity. A delicate entry of red and black fruits compliments a savoury herbaceousness.
NARRATIVE NON-FICTION 2017 Certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos. Fermented and aged in concrete for eight months. Aromas of wild herbs and dark berry fruits that lead into a lush textural mouthfeel and fine supple tannins with a fresh lengthy finish. No oak. It can be done!
FREE FORM CABERNET FRANC 2017 Cabernet Franc was destemmed and put into two clay amphorae and three large oak vessels for native fermentation. After eight months of skin contact the wine was pressed off and blended to a concrete tank to settle naturally. Dark black plums with blackberry fruit, a smoky note with rich mocha and classic Cabernet Franc herbal aromatics. Juicy red fruits dance with excellent structure.
