With our loyal customers in mind, we have built a rewards system that allows you to earn points and redeem them for wine purchases or your favourite experiences and menu items at the winery.
Getting Started
Log in or create your Okanagan Crush Pad Account here. If you already have an account, rewards will be added automatically.
Order Online or In Person – Each time you purchase wine, online or in the tasting room, reward points will be added to your account.
Redeem your points at any time*. Apply them towards your next online order or purchase at the winery.
Reward Levels
BASE LEVEL
- Every $100 spent on wine = 5 points earned = $5 credit for online orders or purchases at the winery.
Silver Level – $1000/year
- Every $100 spent on wine = 10 points earned = $10 credit for online orders or purchases at the winery.
- 20% OFF music nights at Haywire & Garnet Valley Ranch
Gold Level – $2000/year
- Every $100 spent on wine = 15 points earned = $15 credit for online orders or purchases at the winery.
- 15% OFF all wine purchases
- 2 complimentary tickets to music events (20% OFF additional tickets).
- 4 complimentary premium tastings at Haywire.
- 4 complimentary tastings at Garnet Valley Ranch.
Platinum Level – $4000/year
- Every $100 spent on wine = 20 points earned = $20 credit for online orders or purchases at the winery.
- 20% OFF all wine purchases
- 4 complimentary tickets to music events (20% OFF additional tickets).
- 4 complimentary premium tastings at Haywire.
- 4 complimentary tastings at Garnet Valley Ranch.
*Points will expire on Dec 31st each year, and the program will reset on Jan 1st. Your starting level for the calendar year will be based on the previous year’s spending. Points can be collected on club shipments, but cannot be redeemed on them.
